      Pros

      have not come across any strong positive reason to continue with the bank. Hence resigned in less than a year

      Cons

      too much bureaucracy. Superiors are control freaks. No freedom. Extreme Micro management

      Pros

      Good team...better place to work for a person who just started his/her career to learn as well as experiment with, as there are many verticals & internal opportunities to move within the team or different department.

      Cons

      Hierarchy of reporting is something which causes concern as efforts don't get appreciated. Salary hike is hardly 4.5%-10% (basis my experience).
