Low stress compared to most other nursing-related jobs. The other nursing staff and front desk staff are friendly and there is almost no internal drama amongst clinic staff. All the mid-levels are also very supportive and easy to communicate with regarding patient care.
Cons
The business policies/procedures are always changing. If you do not like change in the workplace, this would not be a good fit. Must be adaptable to change. The tourist clientele can also be very demanding/pushy and thus hard to please at times.
