Rhics is a very ambitious company punching way above its weight with lots of innovative project ideas. I like the fact that as an IT management consultancy, they give you KPMG, Accenture and PWC level of service for a fraction of the price - THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.
Cons
Perhaps the company is a bit too ambitious given its young age and available resources.
