      Benefits package Pay scales Work life balance The work is so valuable Management and coworkers are great! Management listens to employees Opportunities for advancement

      Not many cons. I am very happy at RISE. EVERY workplace has their issues, but RISE’s aren’t very impactful. I encourage everyone who feels RISE has many cons to get more experience working at other companies.

      it's a growing company so sometimes it feels chaotic lots of new projects and changing priorities staff union culture can be weird
