The cons are the pay is low.

Some times this job can be very stress full.

-expect to work overtime - stretched quite thin if even a single person calls out from any department

1) Lack Of Benefits in Previous Job: I did not receive 401K 2) Feeling Undervalued Before: My efforts were likely not acknowledged, leading to frustration and motivation. 3) No HR Support (Previously) I may have had no reliable HR support system to address concerns or advocate for me.

Workload can be demanding during peak hours

Unfortunately this company cares about 2 things. Numbers and money. Techs of all modalities are under paid and over worked. They can't find techs for certain modalities because of the way they treat their employees. Tech turn around is extremely high. A lot of ultrasound techs work in pain due to high volume of patients and short exam times along with double bookings or add ons. Tech burn out is extremely high with radnet. When you bring these things to the attention of management, you are basically gaslit and concerns are swept under the rug. Extremely under paid for the amount of of pts you scan and work you put in..across all modalities. Radnet has built itself a really bad reputation with techs and other employees, especially in the last few years.
