      Not afraid to advance in technology.

      Cons

      They like to hire high-level people and contractors to learn their experiences and once they feel they have learned all they need, they will discard them. Then they will hire a less experienced person to do the job.

      Toxic work environment. Graphic designer is expected to do everything even be a photographer and web developer with zero support. Also toxic diet culture.
