Pros

Holidays off no weekends fair PTO benefits ok

Cons

No structure in management. Some people play so many roles that it leaves you feeling crazy. It’s bad if you see doctors and PAs even leaving the practice so clearly it’s a revolving door. The pay is not livable and forget about raises even helping. Lazy people get promoted and praised due to favoritism. The tuition reimbursement is impossible to get. I will say my favorite was the patients and being able to interact with my coworkers and the doctors. They made it fun and the good part about going to work. In my office I saw 3-4 managers in my time. You don’t feel like anyone cares about the employees. Micro management
