Lacks Integrity

Pros

The pay was comparable to workload

Cons

Promotions are given to those who superficially present well or talk the loudest as opposed to those with leadership skills, integrity, and actual work ethic. Gossip, backstabbing, and "camps" are prevelant throughout the company. Training and communication is absent from department to department. Micro management and intimation is utilized due to lack of leadership.

Pros

Consistent pay and predictable rules

Cons

Loved working at this place for a long time. Then they got greedy and brought on Chicago Pacific. It turned into a burn and turn organization. The quality declined and the therapists are all over worked.

The worst place I've worked

Pros

Marianne was creative but she's gone now, it sounds like. Nice beautiful facility and the workers dress really well . Doctors were involved with therapists in treatment team meetings

Cons

I felt undermined by staff directly above me and was asked to compromise my integrity (I didn't). I was not given a desk consistently; this situation was never remedied and I had to work extra long days to get my work done.
