One of the major issues I faced was the employer's tendency to underpay their employees. It was disheartening to see our hard work and dedication go unrecognized and uncompensated. The lack of fair compensation had a negative impact on morale and motivation within the team. There was a clear disregard for work-life balance. The company expected employees to work long hours, including weekends, without providing adequate support or compensation. What was even more disappointing was the CTOs tendency to put down millennials. Instead of fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment, they perpetuated stereotypes and undermined the contributions of younger employees. It created a toxic atmosphere.
