Well let's talk about management. First of all the managers will not back up their employees even if the employee proves that they are right. Management appears to believe the words of a newer person rather than the seasoned employee. The best thing I did was to leave. And oh yeah by the way talk about breaking security measures, every month we would get a printout of all of our customers with all of their serial numbers and all of their combinations on paper

Great pay is about the only thing to mention.

Cons

No real support from managers. Everyone is doing things on their own and training is non-existent. I heard so much in the way of racial slurs, sexist talk in the office and childish remarks from coworkers. Most of the managers carry guns around at work and brag how it is legal. They also love country music, bars and of course a certain kind of leadership. Red (meaning right wing) and Hawk (meaning aggressive or liking war). They are not sjy about this at all!
