Rewarding Work: Caring for the safety and emotional well-being of young people in the wilderness was fulfilling. Great Colleagues: Met amazing people in the field, creating a supportive work environment.

Cons

Poor Leadership: Lack of accountability and oversight from management, especially concerning for a program with vulnerable students. Ethical Concerns: The company operates under an umbrella brand, often referring students to other programs within the brand, which felt more like a business strategy than a genuine effort to help. Lack of Experience: Leadership lacked firsthand wilderness experience, which undermined their credibility in overseeing the program. Misleading Website: The company's website lists staff who no longer work there, raising concerns about transparency and ethical practices.
