    I worked at Redburn full-time

    Pros

CEO's are great, pay is excellent

    Cons

You will work LONG hours and don't get any recognition for it. Line managers with little experience will treat you like dirt. It is a super clique environment and uncomfortable. High turnover rates if you don't fit in.
