      Nothing is good in this company.

      Cons

      No work culture & environment. The employees are constantly scared to loose their job. Don't approach to management for anything.. Even if you go to them for leave, they will say OK on your face, but when you come next day you will find your inbox full with idiotic mails from management... HR & Manager's are powerless.. they are hired just to convey the stupid decision of management. If given a chance management will control your pee breaks also.. Totally unpleasant workplace. The stress level is so high that you can feel it in the air. Good Luck to anyone thinking about working here. I'm sure you will be posting your negative review shortly.

      No Internal Politics. Colleagues co-operative

      Cons

      Management very rigid. No career growth for employees. No work life balance. None of the policy is employee friendly (Only 12 leaves in a years, For initial 6 months pay deduction for every leave, Bad attendance policy), FOCUS IS ON HOW TO PUNISH THE EMPLOYEE RATHER THAN HOW TO DEVELOP A GOOD WORK CULTURE IN COMPANY etc....
