      Pros

      Opportunity to drive new and future vehicles. Perfect as a second job or to earn some extra spending cash.

      Cons

      They want professional quality on minimum wage pay rate. No path for increased pay for high-level and reliable drivers, your state minimum wage is your pay. If you are looking for consistent income or relying on this job to pay the bills I would look elsewhere.

      Competitive pay, benefits, friendly co-workers, community and volunteer events, upbeat moral, professional and clean environment, annual holiday party, incentive trips, career training, growth for those who work hard, employee events, free coffee, annual bonuses, competitive and quick paced.

      Pros

      R1 has the absolute best culture I've ever encountered. Sean Hill really invests in our professional development and growth. He also takes a real interest in how you're doing outside of work too. Senior management is approachable and kind. Jim Beath and Ryan Long are some of the most sincere people I've ever had the pleasure of working for. This company will push you to succeed, and give you the tools to do so. R1's approach to management is unlike anything I've experienced. We aren't micromanaged. Instead, we're given the keys and trusted to get the job done. That means a lot.

      Cons

      Low base pay. That's about it. Even that isn't so bad, considering there's no pay ceiling and we make commission.

      Sexism , Racism in a "Minority Owned " Company

      If your a Trump voter , White Male or Minority "Uncle Tom" this place is for you

      Cons

      You will hear the dumbest most insensitive things you have ever heard. You will continue to question " is this legal?" its like stepping into the worst broke down version of "Boiler Room" They are a staffing sweatshop I had a manager brag to me about his 45K base pay and $600 commission check . I mean might be alot if your last job was in retail?

      Very low pay, lack of training, long hours, always walking on egg shells, a lot of politics and not many paths for advancement

      Experience being in a new vehicle each day Relaxing days just to yourself driving for 8 hours or more Once you are on the road there is no supervising

      Cons

      They pay you the federal minimum wage; dirt low nasty No benefits if at all any You are just a number to them Management words: "As far as I am concerned, you don't exist to me."
