      Pros

      The CEO has integrity, cares about the employees and has a great vision. Leadership is invested in the company and the people it works with. Leadership has high expectations of its staff, but also requires the same of themselves.

      Lack of HR as well as documentation as the company is still young. Tries to stay too lean.

      The people in charge are terrible and messy. Every manager tells you a different thing and constantly rail you over mistakes

      I do not recall any pros to working here.

      Cons

      Overworked, with little to no time to complete daily tasks, little pay, there are no benefits, meetings that lead to nowhere, it's a dumpster fire of constant stress with no relief, but the weekend.
