      Reality is different from what they say on the hiring process

      Pros

      You learn a lot about tech and no experience is required. Also, you learn about what not to do at company and how bad leaders are

      Cons

      Terrible leaders, there aren't ANY growing opportunities (even if they promise it during the interviews). A lot of incoherece, they say many things but do the complete opposite. Limited communication and you can't say anything different from the management or you get fired. They expect that you do more with less pay. Also, they belive that your only priority should be the company so they want you to work unpaid extra hours, weekends, and you have to work during some holidays without any extra payment.

If this person leaves, the system collapses. - The work environment is disorganized, with no regular catch-ups or effective communication channels.
