      One reason you should not join Resilinc? The MD

      Nothing I could think of!

      MD is the biggest con of the company. He thinks he is the God of Resilinc's India office and owns all the employees working there. He can do whatever he wishes to do. For example, Suddenly, he can come and stand in the middle of the floor, call everybody and start shouting badly about employees. Every single day, he makes sure he tells others he has the ultimate power and authority. I have heard it a ton times. Biggest narcissist I have ever seen (I think he gets turned on just by looking at himself in the mirror). Be with him in a few meetings and you will come to know that he is a genius, all India top ranks in something, knows a lot of languages and the list goes on and on.

      Pros

      I still don't find any good reason to stay here. And I don't want anyone to join. And if you still want to you be nowhere.

      Cons

      Challenges is to work with Indain Management. You introduce power time ( i : e don't talk to anyone for 10 am to 1 pm n when you go to MD cabin you will be surprised with the loud music )

      Pros

      You will get breakfast in morning and evening. Securities will force to women employees to leave company after 8 pm irrespective of their work.

      Cons

      No control on development and testing of product. No one knows what they want as final result. Product manager writes PRD but no one is implementing that. Developers writes code of one feature but someone from higher management discards that to show their ego by providing illogical reasons. You will never get appreciation and credits on your work, It doesn't matter how hard you are working there are few selective people including mangers who are always get opportunity to give demo to upper management and gets all credits every time. Few peoples fired because they have not came on Saturday and planned their personal work on Saturday without informing to company. Its OK till people are resigning the company but here people are absconding the company. No manners to MD that how to speak to employees. He ask to revert back salaries by pointing to employees in whole office by shouting and showing that he is the only person who provides you salary and not company.
