Pros

None. This place is a joke.

Cons

Where to start... Well, the job I applied for, interviewed for, and accepted is not at all the job that I was told I would be doing once I started. The job I applied for was that of a Supervisor, but I learned when I started that Supervisor really means Team Lead. The responsibilities I was told of in training were totally different from those on the posting I applied through. I was told different things regarding the role and duties by everyone I talked to. Ultimately I learned that as a "Supervisor", I was expected to be in the inbound queue taking back to back calls. When I reached out to HR for help and spoke with three different people, I was spoken down to and not heard. I had to repeat my issue several times to the first HR person and, when I tried to go above her because I wasn't getting anywhere, it didn't get any better. Her boss literally told me she didn't want to get involved, and the person above her was very dismissive. My attempt to get help ended with the first person I spoke with telling me we'd have to wait until my manager returns from her vacation next week and meet to discuss this further. I pointed out that I've barely spoken with my manager, and the problem started with recruiting, but I was rudely shut down and told we would be waiting to discuss anything further. Today, I was contacted by the person above my manager. I was excited, thinking finally, here's someone who cares.. someone who can help. What I got was the same lack of consideration, respect, and understanding I experienced with the others. She did not care about my experience and literally acknowledged the misleading job posting, explaining that recent changes and subsequent difficulties account for the discrepancies, as if that made it ok. I explained that I turned down other opportunities for this job and that this is not ok. Like the other interactions, it went nowhere and I ended up resigning during the call. I am blown away by the blatant disregard for misrepresenting the positions posted and the extremely disrespectful behavior demonstrated by most of the staff.

Pros

Good company culture. There are lots of talented and hardworking individuals, but everyone is swamped and unavailable.

Cons

Turnover is horrible. Managers have no proper training or background; employees suffer as a result. Because turnover is bad, new employees are burnt out shortly after starting. Don't expect an off-cycle promotion, raise, or bonus for putting in extra work. When the time comes, they lowball your raise and bonus. Expect at most a 2% raise and $500 bonus – not reasonable for 2023. Senior staff is hardly available and never helpful. There is a severe lack of communication, and no one has the desire to fix this. Execs may talk about all the "wonderful things" they are being included in like national climate change roundtables, but it doesn't benefit the bottom line. Lower-level employees are not receiving proper guidance from upper level, causing strain and tension between teams. Annual merit increases continued being pushed back, with a 5-month delay last year, and HR is always delayed in getting back to employees. Starting salaries are also extremely low. There are no updated resources for different programs the company is responsible for. Everyone is clueless as to if there are resources or where they are.
