Every person at Revature walks in wondering if this is some sort of scam. So if you're thinking that, you're not alone. But you quickly realize it's the real deal once you see the quality of the instruction and how hard your mentors are working to get you prepared and get you that job. You are the product, so you better believe that the company will go to bat for you if you're willing to show you want to be there. Some people come in and complain about the pay but you have to remember: this is an investment. I wasn't even able to get a callback for interviews before Revature and now, on my last week of training, I already have one interview lined up and other prospective companies asking about me. If you are willing to take a below average pay for a developer for a couple years, in exchange for that elusive "two years experience required", then you'll be set up for a lifetime. It's a great company run by excellent people and my only regret is i didn't know about them when i first started my career path into software development.
