Pros
The training program was pretty easy and there were a lot of resources to help. They also got rid of the infamous contract system they had, so you don't have to commit to 3 years.
Cons
Vague communication regarding getting an assignment. Every 2 weeks I've gotten a call from my manager saying there are no updates and they're still looking, but I was led to believe I would have an assignment by now.
