      - talented, small team developing cool products - agile development in design incorporating new sensors and tech solutions - management is appreciative of good work and proactive with compensation - 2 days in the office a week, good balance between in person collaboration and remote focus work - easy going team and environment, flexible 40 hours a week, hourly pay so overtime is compensated

      - new ideas and product requirements are sometimes not well specified or vetted before given to engineering team - democratic design can be frustrating at times - team needs to grow as we start production

      Not ideal for those requiring a higher level of guidance and supervision Commute could be long depending on where you live Priorities can change quickly, so you must be adaptable
