Pros
Unmonitored break times, operators take 4 break periods throughout the shift, 3, (20 -25) minute and usually a 45 minute lunch break. Nobody in management monitors the machine operators.
Cons
Safety is an a and fter thought at best! managers do not enforce OSHA regulations. Operators have a high probabilty of working too close to moving rolls on equipment with their hands without any safe guards installed. Managers disregard safety to promote a production enviroment.
