- remote working - objectively nice people
Cons
- signed part time contract, yet worked full time because it took over half a year to get a new manager in place (recruiting one person should take longer than 1 month) - I was made to think I’m not doing enough constantly despite already working double the agreed hours as per contract - I never felt like a part of the team - no career progression - no benefits ti support the team other than remote working which most companies have in place now anyways - a minor thing but company meeting that lasts two days? You could keep everyone in the loop by having a meeting each week for an hour or just a longer meeting once a month
