      Bad management, biased in favour of some staff, suspicious and very slow to promote

      Hardly any training, no invitation for even senior staff to participate in decisions that involve staff, vindictive and petty management staff, NO MEDICAL INSURANCE PROVIDED, OVERTIME work is expected but compensation of it is not paid, too much paperwork & uneccesary reporting
