      Colleagues are friendly and accomodating. Helpful at teaching the ropes.

      Cons

      Can require working at later hours for studies. Not a lot of transparency with clients.

      Pros

      1. Very pro-workers - lots of engagements, events and surveys to ensure staff are engaged 2. Good pay package - basic + bonus + flexben is sufficient, competitive 3. Good leadership - bosses are kind and understanding, though sometimes when busy can become a bit cranky and messy.

      Cons

      1. Work can become very stressful and heavy, ups and downs a lot recently 2. Parent ministry don't understand our work and sometimes seem like they also don't know what they want, so everybody becomes confused
