    Work life balance is okay; 3 years maximum stay is good for learning business ; good for starting; GE culture core driving growth; salary competitive

    Opportunities for growth
    High level of focus on and expectations from Technology
    High risk appetite in finding new technology evaluation

    Cons

    Still fairly bureaucratic.
    Lots of time departments work against each other than complement each other
    Still trying to adapt to a rapidly changing world. Lots of changes in last few years. Difficult to se a theme to these changes sometimes. Look disconnected.
