      Pros

      1) All employees are treated equal regardless of the seniority. 2) Opportunities are given to juniors to learn on live and important projects. 3) The top level execs are the best you can ever get. Calm, helpful and abundance of knowledge. 4) Special highlight : The CEO - Nikhil Shanhgvi, is all that you want in a boss and a mentor. Make sure you get to work with him. Overall, I would say, best place to work if you want to have a great career.

      The Work Cultural itself is so strong that people who are eager to learn and grow will get the best support from the Management

      If passionate about Structural Engineering then Late sitting is something which automatically comes as per work.
