Pros
From my employment at SAXOCON A/S I learnt what to look for in an employer and a company. This company showed many signs of bad environment and terrible management (and managers). Just take a look at the google reviews. I have learnt a lot about my needs and wants in a work place. And most importantly I have learnt how to NOT behave, if I ever become a manager or employer.
Cons
First of all, the management team does not trust the employees. We were not allowed to work from home, because then they could not watch, if/what we did. Even if you had a doctors appointment, you were required to travel to work, travel to your doctors office (often 1 hour away, in Copenhagen) and then travel back. If you one day got to work just 5 minutes after 9, you would be reprimanded. When I quit or when other of my colleagues quit, they would even completely ignore you or scream at you. It was horrible. The same would happen, if you ever said something the managers didn’t like or something that was even a little bit critical. I have many reasons as to why SAXOCON A/S is a terrible company to work at. Please just be aware before signing. They will completely make up their own narrative as to why people have quit, are sick or feel invalidated. They cannot see, that they are the problem. No self awareness.
