Salary, benefits, and upper management seems to be very responsive to employees.
Cons
There is an air of negativity around the office. While I have had very little trouble with anyone in the office, very seldomly does one have anything nice to say about anyone else. Its distracting to say the least and oppresive and disheartening at worst. It's not a pleasant atmosphere in which to spend 8 hours a day.
I had the pleasure of working at SBB Management and genuinely appreciated the company’s culture of support, collaboration, and continuous learning. From day one, I felt welcomed by the team and was impressed by the organization’s commitment to employee growth and professional development.
One standout aspect of my time there was the regular lunch and learns—these were not only informative but also fostered a sense of community and open communication across departments. It’s clear that SBB values investing in its people.
I was especially fortunate to work under the leadership of Vanessa Burch. She was consistently approachable, engaged, and generous with her time and knowledge. Her guidance played a significant role in helping me grow both personally and professionally during my time at the company.
Overall, SBB Management provided a supportive and enriching environment, and I’m grateful to have been part of a team that truly cares about its employees and the communities it serves.
Cons
I transitioned to another management to take on an onsite position
