This company was great until I decided to resign for a better opportunity. It was at this point I saw the true colors of the company and their lack of integrity. When you are making them money all is well but when you leave they do everything in their power to keep your money. This is for commissions as well as salary wages. They are not transparent with comp changes and will wait until payday to notify you that you will not be receiving the money you thought. Something about this company is very shady so beware of what you are getting yourself into. Also make sure you get a written comp agreement as these are not provided to their employees, not sure why. Also the reviews you see are not honest, employees were given a deadline to write their review

SBS Tech has terrible communication with their employees. They have wonderful values that sadly no one actually practices. There isn't integrity with ATT or their employees. Honestly, I could sit here and write everything I know, but I don't have the time or energy for that. What i can say is : you are better off some where else. Find a company that genuinely cares, not one that makes employees write 5 star reviews as an on boarding requirement.
