      Pros

      Work on big international projects with big clients Many projects, so no worry about no work Salary is competitive, benefits are ok HCM team is friendly, quite warm, young and fun team

      Cons

      Structure is not clear, workflow messy HR in Singapore sometimes not very respectful in communication and involve too much in personal matters. Some Design leaders don’t take responsibility, often blame team when bosses/ client complain.
