Enjoyed the co workers a lot.

Leadership does not have Pool Experience and expect people to work for very low wages and changed stuff too often

Some good people at branch level

Cons

Corporate decision makers have little to no experience with pools, service or anything other than spreadsheets. New acquisitions are handled poorly without having people in place to handle the acquisition. Extremely short staffed at all times. What was once a stable company with reliable pool techs has become a revolving door with very few people staying more than a month because corporate decided to mess with tech pay.
