      Pros

      It’s a job if you are unemployed.

      Cons

      Directors out of touch with the real world. They have their “picks”of employees and if you are not one of the “picks” then you are sure to not be treated equally, fairly or promoted. They say they have the hire and promote within but that’s a lie and it’s not fair.

      Pros

      Can get approved up to 60 hrs overtime.

      Cons

      There is no raises, when you do a lot of overtime they always find a way to take it back from you because they don't want you to make too much. Not worth it, all of your time will be invested with nothing to show for.

      Pros

      The clients make the work very rewarding. Working in the individual residences is okay as long as it gets you away from the Executive Director and her cronies in the administration building.

      Cons

      Administration is awful as they do not listen to and act on their staff input as to how to make things better for participants and staff. Morale was often very bad because of the administration due to not being listened to.
