- don’t feel supported by management or wider business - little progression opportunities - overworked and under paid. ‘Pay review’ doesn’t actually reflect people’s efforts and Job responsibilities. pay reviews are just standard inflation not actual pay review. Those just starting their careers seem to be the worst off as base salary is very low. - benefits and salary do not feel truly competitive. Have heard what competitors pay and give in benefits such as pension and bonus, and Samworths is significantly poor in comparison. eg other companies pay up to 10-12% pension and 5-15% bonus. - work life balance not great. Too over worked and end up working long hours, and stressed about work when I’m not working

Limited progression. Very poor management at all levels. Lots of legacy colleagues with significantly inflated salaries which causes tension amongst the workforce. Work-life balance is also poor- large emphasis on working beyond contracted hours for salaried staff without compensation.

- Days tend to be long (like 11/12h), which it could be good if you are paid by the hour and wants to do extra hours - Vehicles are not very clean (they clean it like every week or every two weeks, but the seats and the beds are always very dirty)
