Pros

Good pay and breaks every 3 1/2 hours

Cons

Constant bullying being spoken to badly(shouted at and ordered around like a minion) Managers don’t know what they are doing and don’t empathise with any feelings or emotions/problems Area manager was sexist and misogynistic towards women. I quit as working there was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any job.

Pros

- Top of the range units and trailers - Good hours - Good pay and benefits - Easy work for any HGV Driver

Cons

Health and safety driven company. You do one thing wrong, you will be on a final notice. Poor management, the lack of communication is horrendous. New manager (operational manager) comes in and make all drivers feel unwanted and worthless. The whole "We are Family" moto has long gone.

Pros

There are absolutely no pro’s to work for that company

Cons

Toxic management - there was a lot of cronyism at the very top management. If your face doesn’t fit or you don’t lick the managers posteriors and taste their lunch - they treat you like something that has been trodden in. The Absolute scourge of working society.

Pros

Benefits, salary, good brands, some very skilled individuals

Cons

Lots of people in management just coasting along. If you start at the company with any kind of energy about you, your spirit and self esteem is slowly tempered by your colleagues. Public humiliation in middle management meetings is the norm. Some line managers scapegoat their staff repeatedly. There is one particular individual who has been at the company for a while despite him making some very major mistakes... he blamed others to senior managment and drove them out of the company to cover his tracks. He also will take your ideas and present them to the board as his own!

No choice wether you want to do the overtime, you have to stay! You get prison vibes No social life if you work the afternoon shift Supervisors and managers have no empathy They go back on their word constantly They expect you to work 6 day weekends

Pros

Really Good Benefits including healthcare

Cons

Managers are all up their own backsides, you try to raise issues with HR and they stick up for the managers/ are also up their own backsides. HR team is full of young opinionated girls that have clearly not much life experience and have zero compassion. Decisions are based on “Needs of The Business” with zero regard to the impact on staffs lives
