      Pros

      Good pay, awesome 50% off employee discount at the restaurant.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. There are no policies or procedures to follow. Managers get away with doing whatever they want. The owners are HEAVILY involved and will make sure you are not seen if you are Mexican or a woman. This place does not care about there employees.

      Pros

      I will never forget my time there. Wonderful people who really care about hospitality. Caliber of service has yet to be beat at other properties I’ve worked at.

      Cons

      Like other reviews the owners are up in the clouds but it’s the associates and managers that you work directly with that bring you back down to earth and give you tools to succeed.
