      Worst decision of career to join the company

      Pathetic management. No job security... If you had any disagreement with your boss then you will be fired on same day without notice and with no settlement. Old employees are doing their household work ...want new employees without brains and to work as servants and robots. Senior employees will take all your credit and there will be nowhere to hear you..

      Santa Fe India going downhill and there is no stopping

      ABSOLUTELY NOTHING CURRENTLY . Hope in future there is something.

      The current MD of Santa FE India has made the work place unbearable with his politics and laid back attitude. All senior team is hired from his previous company so that all mismanagement issues and escalation stays within the core group. Finance numbers are fudged as well to show wrong numbers to the overseas leadership team. The MD gives fake promises to all employees every time. Santa Fe India was a great place to work but currently every employee is working only for the salary and doesn't feel belonged. There are escalations everyday and the senior managers only blame the lower managers without taking any responsibility. Feedbacks are not taken from the employees.

      it used to be good co with decent people

      Cons

      now people only wanting to save backsides in management. they lie to their juniors and bring in corruption - then they sign integrity documents and have destroyed culture
