      Stay away, whimsical patriarchal management

      Nothing as such, new activities, new workshops arranged everyday kept us entertained

      While interviewing, you should clarify Responsibilities and job role, whimiscal management team and bosses will change your entire role for no reason at all. Colleagues working in same team acts like your boss, no boundaries on that.. No creativity, no new initiative, nothing at all because of indecisive nature and silos It's just a show off company, which uses fancy words and fancy tech stack etc. Salary and Insurance too is below market. Director of Company boasts about contributing to company by sacrificing on salary as work is challenging and impactful, so sad.

      Pros

      One of the few game companies in India that pays well compared to the others in the country.

      Cons

      Not a great place to work at. Unfair deadlines. Totally unrewarding job. All the hard work that you put will go for a waste because the management doesn't know what they want. The senior management lacks leadership skills. They do not know how to use the talents they hire. Favourism exists.
