Pros

- Good learning experience. - Discount at cafes.

Cons

- Managers practice favoritism. - Lots of backstabbing and blaming. - Too manual processes. - Manager humiliates and shouts at employee infront of others. - Managers will keep throwing work to you until you can't handle and leave. - Most colleagues aren't helpful but instead only act like it. - Biasness is apparent and obvious. - Managers are not open to change, suggestions and opinions. - Lots of comparisons between employees instead of helping each other to improve.

Terrible Company

Pros

Work is generally simple, monotonous and repetitive.

Cons

Toxic work environment, colleagues and bosses. Very poor work/life balance. Low pay. Almost non-existent communication between departments and management-staff leading to numerous everyday issues in operation chain. Upper management has nothing better to do but play politics and push agendas by coming up with stupid new SOPs to make life difficult on employees.

Pros

Teasty cakes, many friendly colleagues, and almost no overtime for work on my position

Cons

Play tricks to force employees to resign, low salary and threatening employees that if they don’t resign, they will write a lot of negative reviews in their personnel files.
