Culture of distrust, retaliation, and negative atmosphere.
Pros
- PTO and Sick time available. Nothing Else, Nothing Else, Nothing Else, Nothing Else, Nothing Else.
Cons
- Lower than average compensation in comparison to the industry standard. - Unstructured Workplace. - Predatory actions made by executives to reduce costs. (Which feels like all the time) (Company nearly goes bankrupt every year). - Retaliation between management and their subordinates is commonplace. Most employees feel like they can speak out about issues because the past has indicated that someone's word cannot be kept. - Promises are made that cannot be kept. - Immense amounts of distrust between management and their subordinates. - All levels of management are informed of ways and enact ways that micromanage their subordinates. - Employees do not feel like they own any of the projects they are apart of because as quickly as you are put on a project you are told how, what, when, where, and why to do that project from upper management. - Executives constantly referring to the company as a "startup", when in reality the company is a decade-year-old company that has never turned a profit and never has had any plan come to fruition that turned to profit. - Employees are told to write multiple fake reviews to improve the image - The CEO will mock and degrade anyone who leaves or quits to the rest of the company after they're gone - Consistent hiring, firing, and laying off employees even though they will lie to your face that you are the best employee, they go back on their word constantly.
