Pros
Very exciting "sell" of the company to new hires, however, the President and his girlfriend run things and they are very judgemental and close minded. if you offer up change it is very quickly shut down. Plus alot of dishonesty in the process back to the customers. I don't think the Germans would be happy with the truth. Plus we got daddy's little boy running the machines...cause "he's so smart"
Cons
Poor management, lots of backstabbing and lies. Poorest communication I've ever seen. No one knows what is going on. Lots of finger pointing and judging, no growth or encouragement.
