Pros

You get client-facing work from day one which forces you to grow fast whether you like it or not. The fresher salary is decent but you will have it thrown in your face any time you dare question anything.

Cons

The culture flows straight from the top and the only real way to grow is by sucking up and doing whatever you are told. The moment you push back your growth stops and your appraisal tanks. HR is basically useless. There is no point raising issues because nobody listens and nothing gets fixed. Mid management openly manipulates people and stirs drama to keep the team divided and easier to control. Pressure, yelling and being told you can be replaced at any moment becomes part of the routine. You are treated like you matter only when too many people quit and the place starts falling apart. Overwork is sold as “culture” and you are expected to snitch, take blame and put up with nonsense because planning is a mess. Micromanagement is suffocating and one disagreement wipes out every bit of good work you’ve done. People close to management magically get benefits nobody else ever hears about. Some seniors are handed unchecked power to dictate rules even when those rules hurt the team and leadership refuses to step in despite everyone complaining.
