- No unnecessary meetings - Clear instructions are given while testing - Tasks are allotted efficiently and deadlines are considered after taking into consideration employee feedback. - Good pay
Cons
-Nothing to say here - Very rarely does one have to test after office hours during deployment(but then that's very understandable).

Pros
You get exposed to so many new technologies with a large codebase. The challenges in day to day tasks will teach one many things which are impossible to learn in big MNC's. Overall if you are enthusiast to learn more in less amount of time this is the right place for you !
Cons
As you get to learn a lot, the working hours are more sometimes.
