Pros

* Benefits like internet/Telephone/Online courses reimbursement * Good Work life balance. * Some colleagues are great. * Have benefits of a small company.

Cons

Few issues I started feeling here now: 0) I joined here after going through the reviews here, but turns out to be untrue for the migration team. 1) Used to be great culture company, but now degrading day by day. 2) If you land in the migration team your work as a UI developer is nothing but just copying the code from the product which is already live. 3) You may learn a few things as a Back-end engineer but the chances are very low. You may be writing the Test cases or just writing the code as per instructions by Architects without having a minimal discussion on design. 4) The code quality is poor, your learning in that scope is very less or nothing. 5) The upper management is very unstable. Many Leaders left within months of joining. 6) The new leaders in India are micromanaging, and pushing to work beyond work hours 7) No product managers to felicitate the migration process or they hire them for US location, which leads to less productivity. 8) Most of the good developers who were in early stage of the migration project have left or are serving notice period, which is creating instability among others. 9) Frequent conflicts between contract team and migration team.

Pros

1. Salaries are good 2. Allows working from home 3. Good learning opportunities at junior level.

Cons

1. Company has more managers then engineers 2. Work life balance is missing in company (if you are maintaining work life balance then either you are lucky or your rating is 1* "Does not meet expectations", or you know how to play with process) 3. Very less chances of growth in this company, I see founding team members are working on same role from last 7 years like senior software engineer, engineering manager(which is team lead in reality), and as architect. It shows that company does not invest time and money to grow employees who worked hard all those years. 4. Leadership is unwilling to entertain any ideas that do not fit their agenda or align with their plans. 5. Favoritism has reached its peak, surpassing that of any other company, and it is clearly evident. 6. While I cannot speak for other sectors, within the engineering realm, Senior leaders created a wall, CEO is unable to see the reality, company is going in wrong direction.

Pros

1.Reasonable work benefits including leaves and other perks. 2.Decent work environment in terms of colleagues and workplace infrastructure.

Cons

Favoritism in Management: The management tends to show favoritism towards a select group of employees, neglecting the rest. This creates an unhealthy work environment where recognition and opportunities are unfairly distributed. Lack of Care for Employees: There is a noticeable lack of care for employees outside of the management's inner circle. This results in disengagement and dissatisfaction among the workforce. Micromanagement Issues: Micromanagement has become increasingly prevalent, stifling creativity and autonomy among employees. This not only hampers productivity but also demotivates staff members. Hollow HR Process: The HR processes seem more like a facade than actual support systems. Employees often feel that their concerns are not adequately addressed, leading to a lack of trust in the HR department. Absence of Compelling Reasons to Work: Overall, there seems to be a glaring absence of reasons why one should choose to work for this company. The combination of management favoritism, micromanagement, and ineffective HR processes creates an unattractive work environment. Overall, while the company offers some basic work benefits, the pervasive issues related to management practices, employee care, and HR processes make it a less than ideal workplace for most individuals.
