Hi - thanks for taking the time to review your time with our firm, we're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't a positive one. We don't condone rude or bad behaviour within the firm, it's very much against our values, so thank you for bringing it to our attention that you felt this was below your expectations. We'll address this and if we find that some additional training is required then we'll make sure this is implemented. We believe our pay is reflective of the current market, and we have recently undertaken a benchmarking review to ensure this is the case, which is something we do on a regular basis. Basic salary is increased on an annual basis and all team members in our customer care team have the opportunity to achieve a regular (currently quarterly) bonus. Thank you again for your review, we wish you well in your future employment.

Pros

I have a very supportive team, and deal with some very interesting cases. Great first legal job for a law graduate looking for some legally relevant experience.

Cons

Basically a call centre job. Upper management are not as supportive as my own team leader, and don't always treat staff like people. Only told after the fact that you cannot progress within the firm until you have been in the contact centre for 12 months - despite being advertised as an entry level role with lots of opportunities for progression and only a 6 month probation was mentioned in my interview.
