In a recent layoff decision, they clearly demonstrated that all they care about is money. So many excellent practitioners were let go, while the non-billable “leaders” who reorg the company every three months - to seem like they're doing something - all have jobs. There is also a particularly toxic member of the leadership team who hoards work and bullies and micromanages everyone. They have received this feedback countless times (from their manager and peers), yet faces no repercussions. They also miraculously did not lose a single resource in the layoffs that "affected every department." Instead of correcting this negative and hypercritical behavior, those who work with them are warned to "stand up for [themselves]" and "push back"
