Pros

Good Salary, Very attractive benefits

Cons

Never Rely on these people. They will kickout you at any moment. Very unprofessional and has no proper management. They hire and fire that's the truth. If you have family responsibilities, EMI etc then never join this company.

Pros

Only leave encashment policy is good.

Cons

The worst company I came across in my career. Company has no road map, no future plans and frankly no growth. Hyderabad management is worst. People having buttering skills can survive here better otherwise they will treat you as you don't even matter to them. The person who is handling the entire Hyderabad team(having 20+ exp) plays so much dirty politics. In every town hall they say they are the "Netflix" of e-learning market. I still even don't understand on what basis they say that. They even don't stand anywhere in market compared to their competitors. Inspite of promising job security, they suddenly fired many of their employees from both Hyderabad and US team. Worst experience for me. This is my personal experience with Skillsoft. They will give you handsome salary hike when you join. If only money matters to you then Skillsoft is the place for you. But if you are looking for organization where you should feel safe, where working culture is good, where you should get recognized for your contribution then this company is not for you. I just thought to let you know details. Everyone's experience is different. Zero benefits from company.

Pros

Nothing Positive Since 2020 Leadership pretends to show profits while mastering the art of deceiving employees.

Cons

The work culture has significantly deteriorated, contrary to the rosy picture painted by management. Policies are changed on a whim, creating instability for employees. Layoffs are rampant, and there have been no salary hikes or bonuses for existing employees, despite what the company might claim. The hiring strategy is completely directionless, adding to the chaos. Cost-cutting measures have led to numerous resignations, which seems to be a preplanned activity. Some leaders act as if they are operating at the standards of Microsoft or Facebook, but the reality is far from it—the pay and culture are worse than those of startups. Employees are left in the dark about their future with the company, as layoffs can happen at any time. Freshers are being hired to replace experienced employees, further undermining job security. The HR team appears powerless and continues to boast that the organization is performing well, which is far from the truth. Leaders conduct town halls that are nothing more than a façade, especially when it comes to addressing salary hikes and bonuses, which have been ignored for the past three years. Additionally, leaders from the US come and propose new initiatives without providing a clear roadmap, leading to further confusion and frustration among employees.
