Engineering and Mid Level Management is exceptionally good. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Senior Leadership is autocratic, and does not appreciate dissent. Terrible work life balance, everyone is overworked and doing multiple roles. The project planning is very erratic and constantly changing. Lack of good leadership at the top.
