      - fairly low pressure - 2 days a week office policy - subsidised food

      Cons

      - Conservative culture towards new ideas - No one in the org talks to each other, it can be quite hard to know who you need to talk to for anything outside tour team.

      - great attention for employees (upskill, training, progression) - exciting environment, very dynamic, good atmosphere at work - easy to move internally to a different team - hybrid working (1 day in the office)

      - salary review could be better, I was hoping a bigger raise

      Somewhere to settle down when you've given up on life.

      Cons

      You may well find yourself in a tech team where so called architects push their own hobby projects into use on serious applications. Alot of bureaucracy (e.g. takes them over 1 week to change a DNS record). Stalinist managers. Favouritism to yes men. Managers watch over developer only Slack channels, instead of doing work.
