This is the best software company I have ever seen in Pakistan. Best in terms of company environment, which is very very professional and full of learning opportunities, and at the same time very friendly as well with lots of fun activities and indoor games. Such companies are definitely the choice of talented professionals.
Cons
Nothing is perfect, but seriously I have no cons worth telling.

Benefits & facilities are way above than the same size companies. Job security & stability, medical, gratuity, shares, bonuses and much more A place for people who loves to work and want to grow with company for a long run.

Gives your salary at least 4 or 5 days before the next month even starts.

Working in latest technologies. Continuous learning required to stay fit for job. Excellent Office Environment. Very Disciplined. Company is good with a proper work-life balance. People, collaboration, teamwork, variety of projects. Good place for fresh grads to gain experience. If you want to be hands on good QA practices or want to grow you career, this is best place to shape yourself. Supportive Management, review and implement constructive feedback from employee’s. Annual office trips and team dinners.

Although they do have work from home option, it is relatively less flexible.
